The location was amazing, just off a quiet canal in the best part of Venice, taxi or gondola, and attractions and water bus and a minute walk from a grand showpiece square we wanted to see. Also, spent some time by the lake, it's 500 metres of the hotel. The breakfast choices were generous with hot options and Prosecco, for instance.

Truly enjoyed our stay, had perfect 3 days overall. The breakfast was nice hot and generous with Prosecco as a beverage, boiled eggs, nice local cheese to choose from. Everything was excellent, yet a few employees were very rude. The hotel had an incredible location quite a walk from Saint Mark's Square.

The venue was in a very central location close to the square with lots of restaurants and shops on the way, the Bridge of Sighs and all the way down the shoreline and the shopping and restaurant district. The staff was very pleasant and we could use wake up service and ironing free of charge. A great selection of meals for breakfast, it was nice hot.
